I have practiced yoga since 1992 and embraced various approaches including Iyengar, Vinyasa, Shivananda, Yin and Kripalu. I became inspired to share my expressive and mindful approach to yoga during an exquisitely transformative four-month residency at the Kripalu Center in Massachusetts.I believe people of all shapes, sizes, and abilities can enjoy yoga. My passion is empowering students to embody their natural expression and create their practices through inner experience rather than outward aesthetics.My goal is to make each class a journey. We begin by creating safe, sacred space through intention, chanting and meditation. Then we share the experience of opening ourselves to prana and allow transformation to occur. We then close the journey and awaken into our lives, more free.

Yoga Schedule

Sun 5:00-6:30 – Tucson Yoga – YogaDance – a delicious blend of yoga and free-form movement open to all.

Mon 7:00-8:30pm - Tucson Yoga -  “Mixed-Level”- moderate

Wed 5:30-6:45pm – Tucson Yoga - “Mixed-Level Hatha” – moderate

Fri 9:00-10:15am – Tucson Yoga - “Mixed-Level Hatha” – moderate / vigorous

Private Yoga Sessions

Customize a yoga practice for yourself and your goals.  Get instruction specific to your needs.  Deepen your body’s understanding of challenging poses with individualized instruction. Come alone or split the cost with friends:

  • 1 student      - $50 an hour
  • 2-3 students –  $60 an hour
